Perl Programming Project

Hi all, I dont know if I am allowed to do this on the site, but I have this 
project I thot about and want to start developing. It should be accepting a 
lot of traffic and I will like a perl programmer who will filter through the
 data and forward to another part of the program for processing

jackjack! I know how perl came about and what perl is used for. I am just sa
ying perl is going to be part of a major programming project and am looking 
for some1 to fill that aspect. FYI we are trying to develope a platform that
 can handle a large volume of traffic, connecting to and retrieving informat
ions from databases as well as processing and that is why I need perl to be 
there for me in terms of speed since it is an interpreted language in a sens
e as well as a compiled one. the main platform for development is not meant 
for this particular post (JAVA or .NET).
